Questions about the Construction Readiness Check
Is this a legal review of my contract?
No. We point out practical gaps in scope, programme and payment structure. Have a lawyer review the contract itself.
Can you supervise the build afterwards?
Yes, supervision is a separate service and is quoted once the scope is known.
Can you help me compare three quotes?
Yes. Book 2 hours and send the quotes beforehand. The note sets out what to ask each contractor.
Is the fee credited if I appoint Aalis Studios?
If you book design with Aalis Studios within 90 days, the fee is credited in full against the design fee.
