Will you stamp or certify the drawings?
No. The session is a review. Stamping is a separate service.
What files should I send?
PDF drawings and, if you have it, the BOQ or quote. Please send them at least 3 working days before the session.
Can you tell me if the contractor's price is fair?
We point out omissions, unusual rates and questions to ask. The note is indicative and is not a quotation.
How much do architectural drawings cost in Kenya?
Fees for drawings depend on the size, complexity and scope of the project. Our architect fees guide explains how fees are set. This review session is separate and costs KES 20,000 for 1 hour or KES 35,000 for 2 hours, VAT excluded.
Is the fee credited if I proceed with Aalis Studios?
Yes. If you book design with Aalis Studios within 90 days, the session fee is credited in full against the design fee.
