No. We do not give investment, valuation or financing opinions. We test whether the building can be done on the plot and give an indicative cost range.
How accurate is the cost range?
It is indicative and dated, based on your brief and current market rates. It is not a quotation, and it will change as the design develops.
Can you compare two plots?
Yes. A 2-hour session can compare two plots on fit, approvals and risk.
