Revisiting one of our ongoing projects featuring an amazing 4- bedroom flat roof townhouse at with SQ, Ruiru, behind Kamakis, off Eastern Bypass. with a floor area of 285 square meters set on a 20m (65ft) x 20m (65ft) lot.
In this project, Njiru blue stone has been used on some wall to create a break from the off-white textured paint/ wall master finish thus creating this beautiful contrast on the façade.
An interplay in levels allowed creation of multiple pergola covered terraces at different levels.
On the layout, we have created a one and half volume (4.5m high) living room with large floor to ceiling windows opening to the patio.
The beautifully landscaped garden accessed from the patio and barbecue area outside the kitchen creates a great outdoor relaxation area for the family as well as play area for the kids.
